📦 Where Do You Ship?

Mogul Mindset currently ships nationwide (U.S.) and offers international shipping to select countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us at support@mogulmindset.net for assistance.

🚀 Shipping Times & Rates

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below are our estimated shipping times:

✅ Standard U.S. Shipping: 5-7 business days
✅ Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2-3 business days
✅ International Shipping: 7-15 business days

⚠️ Note: Shipping times may vary due to holidays, demand, or carrier delays.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time. If you don’t receive tracking details, check your spam folder or contact us.

📌 Lost or Stolen Packages

Mogul Mindset is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please:
1️⃣ . Check with neighbors or household members.
2️⃣ . Look around your delivery area.
3️⃣ . Contact your local carrier with your tracking number.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Mogul Mindset gear! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns & exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

✅ Return & Exchange Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached).
  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our end.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is processed.

🔁 How to Start a Return or Exchange:

1️⃣ Email support@mogulmindset.net with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2️⃣ We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
3️⃣ Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or send out the exchange.

  • Custom or personalized items

💰 Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
